ReplyDeleteCongratulations, Cheryl! When do we get to read your novel?
ReplyDeleteMore applause. I think Jane Austen got started writing novels through just such a contest as this ... didn't she?
ReplyDeleteBeing true to my name, I attempted to do all 50,000 words in the last 12 hours. I failed.

Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations Cheryl! Do you plan on submitting this for publication...or is this a writing for writing's sake sort of thing? Either way I am humbled.
ReplyDeleteSuper congrats, Cheryl!!! How fun to learn an awesome editor such as yourself also gets down in the trenches and writes, writes, writes! :-)
ReplyDeleteThanks for mentioning CCF under your blog of Nov 17, 2005. You were super gracious to allow us to produce your eBook "Rules of Engagement: How to get (and keep!) a reader involved in your novel." We're still getting requests for it and all those who get it are delighted with it.
I've added your blog URL to mine. It's been such a joy to have met you!
