Where's "Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus?" Where's William Steig's "Dominic?" Where's "The Stinky Cheese Man?" Where's that lazy author? Where's that lazy illustrator? I think I've read more because I can picture their covers and associate them with being a certain age. And of the ones I know I haven't read, I've read other books by the same authors.
