Frankly, I'm more interested in that sweet aristocrat with lips in the Wallace and Gromit movie, but I don't suppose she was nominated. Ah well...

MonicaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4074861.post-1138803174628217872006-02-01T09:12:00.000-05:002006-02-01T09:12:00.000-05:00yeah... i mean, i enjoyed the movie while i watche...yeah... i mean, i enjoyed the movie while i watched it... but best actress? yeah, right.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4074861.post-1138779506972002282006-02-01T02:38:00.000-05:002006-02-01T02:38:00.000-05:00She did have a really, really long neck and collar...She did have a really, really long neck and collar bones you could hang coat hangers on...

Perhaps, it is a nod from the Academy for a lifetime of achievement, her work with pirates and her performance in "Princess of Thieves" And she should get something for not barfing on that swing.

I actually enjoyed the movie a lot more than I thought I would. I hate most movies, which is probably due to the fact that most of the ones we see have Happy Meal toy tie-ins or Yu-Gi-Oh cards. But this Pride and Prejudice did have a warm, mooshy feel to it, like Chocolat or Under the Tuscan Sun. Am I a little embarrassed to admit it? Well, maybe... Will I buy the DVD? Uhhh, yeah.... hangs head and shuffles off....Thetoymakershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15405265800595978197noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4074861.post-1138776423749857372006-02-01T01:47:00.000-05:002006-02-01T01:47:00.000-05:00Nope.Nope.Lisa Yeehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14996451632755795135noreply@blogger.com
