Critiques for a Good Cause

OOH! I just finished So Totally Emily Ebers and it was so wonderful and heart wrenching. It's amazing how perfectly Lisa Yee captured what it's like to be twelve! I'm so glad to have found it through you, thanks for the good read.
How do writers afford it? Sell their library on eBay?
